1. Deposits are non-refundable as all allocated acts and artists will not be available for any further booking opportunities on your booked date.
2. Either Party may terminate bookings without payment or liquidated damages by delivery of written notice prior to Thirty One (31) days prior to the performance date. Where the cancellation is made by email, mailed letter, or fax, the notice is deemed to have been made on the day it is sent by that party. Any cancellation after this time shall be treated as a breach of contract, and such a breach will attract liability for the full fee.
3. Cancellations of performances on either Christmas Day or New Years Eve, may be terminated by either party without payment of liquidated damages by delivery of written notice Sixty (60) Days before the day of the performance. Where the cancellation is made by email, mailed letter, or fax, the notice is deemed to have been given on the day it is sent by that party. Any cancellation after this time shall be treated as a breach of contract and such a breach will attract liability for the full fee.
4. If for any reason (including illness, emergency, overriding obligation or binding professional responsibility) the Artist/s cannot fulfil the engagement outlined, EP Entertainment’s sole responsibility shall be to use its best endeavours to provide the services of a comparable Artist/s for the engagement OR any fees received by EP Entertainment will be refunded in full. EP Entertainment will not otherwise have any liability for expenses or losses incurred by the client.
