MoniQ completed her Bachelor of Arts Degree at University of New South Wales, majoring in Performance & Theatre. Also completing a presenter’s course with TV Promotions Course (Sharon Lynne), MoniQ’s formal qualifications go hand in hand with her talent for MC and music.
In 2012, MoniQ’s MC service became in demand as her fresh pop vibe and ability to relate to multicultural communities caught the attention Canterbury City Council after performing and speaking in several languages at the Campsie Food Festival ’12. MoniQ was asked back to host Canterbury’s major events such as:
Haldon St Festival: 25th Aug 2012, 30,000 people
Campsie Food Festival: 2nd June 2012, 15,000 people
Earlwood Village Festival: 4th Nov 2012, 5,000 people
Australia Day Celebrations: 26th Jan 2012, 5,000 people.
Also MoniQ engaged with Scope Productions to host the Greenacre Community Festival in 2012, and performed at the Cabramatta Moon Festival for Fairfield City Council.
MoniQ has performed around the globe and is able to perform in over six languages including English, French, Spanish, Italian, Arabic and Japanese.
MoniQ is available as an MC for weddings and events, and can also perform and sing songs as an additional feature for your function
